Senior E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead e-commerce strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms
  • Drive online revenue growth through effective campaign management, CRO, and digital sales strategies.
  • Oversee product catalogs, online merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Deliver advanced data analysis and insights to inform decisions and improve ROI. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting results, recommendations, and growth roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Paid Media, Design, Development) to deliver integrated digital solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to build capability within the team.
  • Stay updated on global e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. 
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategy 
  • Expertise in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar. 
  • Proven knowledge of international markets (preferably Australia/USA).
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in GA4, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead projects independently, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and presentation.
Nice to Have: 
  • Hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in e-commerce. 
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and automation tools. 
  • Prior leadership or client account management experience.
