Mandatory Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Shopping campaigns
- Strong experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Merchant Center
- Deep understanding of product feeds, feed optimization, and feed troubleshooting
- Proven experience in building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (especially Shopping campaigns)
- Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4 knowledge required)
- Ability to write and optimize ad copy for performance campaigns
- Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate)
Good to Have:
- Experience with Australian, New Zealand, or US e-commerce brands
- Experience with Facebook/Meta Commerce and catalog sales campaigns
- Strong exposure to Performance Max campaigns
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and tracking implementation
- Experience with Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience working with multi-product or large catalog e-commerce accounts
