We are seeking a hands-on PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist with strong experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns, particularly across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives on data, optimization, and measurable results. You will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and ROAS growth across international e-commerce campaigns while supporting broader performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage campaign performance with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC efficiency.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and ad copy.
- Drive e-commerce performance growth through product-level campaign optimization and funnel improvements.
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through A/B testing and landing page performance recommendations.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4, translating insights into actionable optimizations.
- Build and maintain performance reports with clear insights on spend efficiency and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and development teams to ensure integrated and high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated on PPC, paid media, and e-commerce growth trends to continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on PPC / Performance Marketing experience, with proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong background in e-commerce performance marketing with measurable results (ROAS/CPA improvement).
- Solid experience working with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills using GA4, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience working with international clients or global e-commerce accounts.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on data, not assumptions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with additional paid channels (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads).
- Exposure to marketing automation, email marketing, or CRM tools.
- Experience in affiliate marketing or marketplace advertising (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Client-facing or account management experience.
